Hi, I’m Jochem — transformation facilitator, personal leadership expert, and founder of Dreambuildrs.

I help purpose-seekers and professionals align their work and life with what energizes them most.

For years I thrived in the corporate world. My life looked good on the outside, but inside I felt stuck, not living up to my fullest potential. I wanted to live my purpose, make a positive impact, but I didn’t know where to start. That´s when everything started to shift.

From Stuck to Aligned: My Wake-Up Moment

My new journey began when I embraced my purpose and started living out what truly mattered to me.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my work to helping others do the same. Dreambuildrs was born from a simple but powerful belief: when you reconnect with who you truly are, you unlock the energy, clarity, and courage to create a life that actually fits you — not one shaped by outside expectations.

From the first event in Porto to today’s workshops, retreats, and trainings, I’ve guided hundreds of professionals in realigning with their purpose and stepping into a more empowered way of living.
